Does Pollen Have A Negative Effect On You?

Warmer temperatures here in Georgia also mean higher pollen counts that will continue to rise. As if the Coronavirus and other sicknesses weren’t bad enough this winter – spring will bring some serious allergens. Compacted with the germs and scum from the winter, this could be a potential hazard.

Right now, the pollen counts are somewhat low. Pine, Oak, Elm, Juniper, and Birch are now beginning to bud, which puts us in the Low-Moderate counts for today. Once winter starts to move out, pollen moves in. The bad part? All that scum and bacteria from winter is still stuck to the carpet and fabric fibers inside your home. Your couch and your carpet are safe havens for germs, giving them a place to hide and cause your allergies to soar. Your carpet and furniture (or anything that is fabric for that matter) is a germ and dirt magnet. You need to make sure you have those things cleaned every 6 to 12 months to get rid of the build up!

NOW is the time to book an appointment and get our carpet, hardwoods, area rugs, and furniture cleaned – professional cleaning consistently will reduce the allergens that make you and your family so miserable.
