CitruSolution’s Carpet Cleaning Process
Our cleaning process is highly effective with removing stains, bacteria, dirt, and dust from your carpet and area rugs. We have perfected the process to give you the best kind of clean – “CitruSolution Clean.”
We vacuum the areas thoroughly to remove any excess dirt or other particles.
We then lightly spray the area with a mist of our CitruSolution using a backpack sprayer.
Taking an industrial-grade buffer with a dirt-napper cleaning pad system, we thoroughly clean the carpet fibers by loosening and wicking debris, dirt, and dust from deep within the carpet. Not to worry – this process does not harm your carpet. It gently fibrates the fibers to release the particles.
After buffing, we finish the process using a HEPA vacuum using an electrostatically charged filter system to remove dirt and dust particles as small as 0.3 microns (just so you know, that is very tiny!). The micron carbon filter allows us to control odors and gasses. Using both of these together give a 99.97% efficiency!
We use this same process for area rugs. The only difference is that we take extra care to ensure we do not damage the integrity or shape of the rug. We also will make sure that it is thoroughly cleaned, removing those circles underneath from deeper stains.
